Dear Dorval Dental Clinic Patients
It’s official! The Quebec government announced the reopening of dental clinics on June first as it continues easing restrictions. We are so excited to have the opportunity to welcome you back!
Our office has always utilized personal protective equipment (PPE) that has exceeded all the CDC guidelines, however, in light of the COVID-19 Pandemic we have instituted additional precautions and protocols to ensure your safety and that of our staff.
You will see many changes, as we have new ways of scheduling your appointments and managing your insurance and financial transactions. First, you will be contacted 48-72 hours prior to your appointment via phone, email or text message and ask a set of health-related questions. It is mandatory that we complete this questionnaire prior to your appointment. We will have to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to complete this step. The same questionnaire will be reviewed with you when you arrive to the clinic.
Below is a list of some of the enhanced precautions we have taken to protect you in addition to extensive team training on infection control and patient management procedures.
If you missed your appointment during the COVID-19 pandemic or have an upcoming appointment, we will be in touch soon.
We look forward to seeing you!

We are also strong believers in the preventative approach.
In the end, our goal for you, your children and family is to get you to a point of never needing dental work in the future other than maintenance.
This goal is our sincerest wish for all our patients!
